Se requiere titulación en Ingeniería preferiblemente de la rama Electrónica/Automática, con experiencia en industria farmacéutica, valorándose experiencia en sectores afines (cosmética, alimentación…). En dependencia del Líder de Área, la persona seleccionada se incorporará a un equipo de alto rendimiento, teniendo como misión principal la gestión del equipo de mantenimiento de instalaciones y almacén Se trata de una posición temporal de 12 meses. Principales responsabilidades Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de mantenimiento de instalaciones bajo su responsabilidad. Gestionar los procesos y liderar el performance en el área de mantenimiento de instalaciones. Desarrollar un programa de mantenimiento preventivo/predictivo para conservar las instalaciones y edificios en buen estado anticipándose a los posibles fallos y mitigando la obsolescencia. Trabajar en la mejora continúa liderando e identificando distintos ciclos de mejora, proponiendo soluciones y oportunidades innovadoras que apliquen tecnologías de Industria 4.0. y que apoyen la consecución de objetivos de forma excepcional. Optimizar la gestión de repuestos del área, dando el mejor servicio a las líneas de producción conteniendo el gasto y el stock de repuestos. Apoyar las investigaciones de las desviaciones que suceden en el área poniendo en marcha las acciones correctivas acordadas e implementando acciones que prevengan que se produzcan desviaciones críticas. Planificar y optimizar los cuadrantes del equipo de trabajo, facilitando el mejor servicio posible de las instalaciones. Participar de forma activa en los proyectos de instalación de nuevos equipos/instalaciones en el área. ¿Qué se necesita? Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería, preferiblemente en Electrónica/Automática. Es necesario un conocimiento amplio en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica y autómatas. Experiencia de al menos tres años en el sector farmacéutico preferiblemente en el área de ingeniería y/o operaciones Experiencia previa en mejora continua, Performance Management, Problem Solving. /DMAIC. Nivel de inglés: mínimo B2, certificado o validado a través de prueba de inglés.
