JOB OVERVIEW
The L&D Business Partner, Service is responsible driving learning and development initiatives. Leverage L&D expertise to help KONE build a strong, skilled workforce. Focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees participating in our sales, leadership, and apprentice programs. Consult with key stakeholders to identify areas to develop new programs and identify areas where programs can be improved. Develop strategies to maximize the impact of training efforts. Utilize learning strategies to impower our employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles.
JOB DUTIES
Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, identify areas of improvements, and offer expert advice on the most effective learning strategies and solutions to optimize performance. Works closely with global L&D team to align learning solutions based on needs analysis results.
Design and create innovative learning programs that are closely tailored to meet the business goals and objectives of the organization, ensuring they are engaging, interactive, and aligned with industry best practices.
Facilitate dynamic training sessions that are designed to inspire and motivate learners while supporting the overarching learning objectives and outcomes of the program.
Conduct thorough and comprehensive evaluations of the effectiveness of learning programs, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify areas for improvement, and provide insightful recommendations to enhance and optimize the learning experience. Report insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and adjust programs accordingly
The ideal candidate for the L&D Business Partner, Service role would be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering results. One should possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to consult and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the process. With strong analytical capabilities, a qualified candidate presents strong abilities to critically assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Knowledge of learning technologies and platforms will enable them to implement innovative solutions that enhance the learning experience and meet organizational needs efficiently.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in Learning and Development
Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration or relevant experience.
