Overview To act as an administrator for the Learning and Development (L&D) and Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) teams. The role reports into the L&D Enablement Manager and ensures the administrative support for all L&D and I&D activities. How you'll make an impact Service Delivery & Reporting · Point of contact for all learning & professional study related queries, providing a first response in all cases and either resolving directly or ensuring smooth transition to alternative teams, escalating within the team when appropriate. · Maintenance of reporting for Training & Competence activity, such as mandatory training and CPD; acting as first point of contact for any queries. · Administration of our UK Learning Management System, including event management, ad-hoc reports, and assignment of mandatory modules/pro-rated CPD. · Supports other L&D and I&D activities, where appropriate, including booking of meetings, preparing materials, scheduling and booking development events. · Record and handle initial processing of all L&D and I&D related invoices, ensuring relationships are built and maintained with the teams who continue the invoicing process. Provide updates to our team and providers where required using trackers and liaising with the processing teams directly. Learning Design & Delivery · Support with the UK annual mandatory training cycle. Liaise with appropriate business representatives and content owners to ensure that modules are updated and tested prior to quarterly issue. · Provide testing support to our Global eLearning modules, ensuring appropriate information is logged and issues raised in good time, prior to training launch. Relationships · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across wider HR team, L&D Community and Global Centre of Excellence (GCoE) General · Comply with Gallagher Professional Standards Manual in accordance with statutory requirements for role with specific attention, but not limited to Managing Client information, Whistle Blowing, Treating Customers Fairly Carry out duties following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and Gallagher’s shared values, in particular, putting clients at the heart of our business.
