Description Amazon EU Customer Fulfillment Operations is looking for L&D Content Admins to support the development of latest technology and content within the Learning department. Key job responsibilities -Work with the IDEA Project Managers, Instructional and Media Designers on change management initiatives impacting the Associate learners in our Fulfillment Centers -Build world-class learning courses with our content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline and Rise) -Engage with EU L&D CoPs, EU SMEs and WW tech partners to create the most accurate and relevant learning courses -Review existing courses against our developed DEI and accessibility standards -Participate to test for learning projects requiring an eye for detail and local learning experience approach About the team We are a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, media designers and technical program managers that is driven to deliver earth-best learning products. We are collaborative, fun, and focused on doing great work while learning and growing. Working with peer instructional designers, media designers, program managers, field teams and tech partners across the world, you'll create and deliver world-class training material that will benefit all Amazon employees across the EU network and beyond. Basic Qualifications 1. Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of creating corresponding communications and training materials 2. Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment 3. Advanced proficiency in the English language, (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR) Preferred Qualifications 1. Knowledge of Articulate 360 and/or similar e-learning creation tools 2. Proven experience establishing positive working relationships with internal stakeholders 3. Problem solving skills Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
