As a L&D Content QA Specialist, you are responsible for evaluating, proofing, and editing drafted or completed learning assets to ensure they meet established standards, guidelines, and style guides. This role enables the success of our internal employees by ensuring quality standards are met, which will better empower all employees to get the knowledge they need to be successful in performing their assigned roles.
WHAT OUR L&D CONTENT QUALITY SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST
Reviewing and providing rigorous quality control on content such as but not limited to quick reference guides, instructions, technical documents, facilitated/non-facilitated learning, and playbooks/manuals.Ensuring final revisions of all reviewed content are released by authors/designers to publish for targeted audiences.Documenting successes, opportunities, and trends, providing balanced feedback on author/writer and designer-created assets, and analyzing client and end-user feedback.Maintaining adherence with the design principles and style guidelines while continuously improving standards within Customer Operations L&D.In this role, you’ll be a creative and innovative thinker who can participate in the creative process from brainstorming to launch. You’ll be committed to a final work product that meets the highest standards of learning content. You’ll excel if you can collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to change, and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You’ll develop skills that are transferable to other areas of Spectrum for a meaningful, long-term career.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Copywriting/Editing, Developing Online Content, and Instructional Design: 3 years or more; Project Management: 1 year or moreEducation: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Adult Learning or related fieldTechnical skills: Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Abilities: Quickly identify business problems and opportunities; prioritize and organize effectively; analyze and interpret data; communicate clearly both orally and in writingPreferred Qualifications
