Overview To act as a champion for the Learning and Development (L&D) and Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) teams in our digital space and support the L&D Enablement Manager in active engagement with the wider business and our external stakeholders, promoting all enablement, growth and I&D activities. How you'll make an impact Learning Design & Delivery · Work with the L&D Leads to engineer comms campaigns for new and refreshed content/cycles of activities, managing the programme of delivery of the same and providing oversight where needed · Support the I&D Network with content and comms campaigns for targeted I&D activities and key annual dates/events · Monitor the employee growth and development journey within the business, creating regular opportunities to test not only the participation in and experience of our internally provided content but also liaising with our external providers to do the same · Provide insights and recommendations on continuous improvements based on data analysis · Keep abreast of news/changes in the L&D and I&D industries and through social media, ensuring that our voice is always one of relevance · Explore alternative methods of learning in the digital space, searching for new/improved tools and techniques to allow us to provide enhanced development opportunities to the business · Assist both the L&D Leads and the I&D team in generating/developing digital material to support learning and event-based activities · Review how best to tailor, group and present our learning content on our digital platforms · Create engaging digital learning content such as e-learning modules, podcasts and webinars · Offer training and support to colleagues on how to use digital learning tools and platforms Team Representation & Communications · Be the architect of the L&D and I&D brand across Gallagher Global Brokerage (GGB) UK and EMEA, showcasing the team’s breadth of activities within and impacts on the business. · Ownership of the L&D and I&D teams’ presence on the intranet, ensuring that content is portrayed in an engaging and interactive manner. Work closely with our Global Centre of Excellence (GCoE) team to ensure that the pages are up kept up to date and new content is provided on a regular basis. · Design programmes of regularly communicated content to inform, update and provide feedback to our internal and external stakeholders. · Develop our Social Media presence, working closely with Corporate Communications and our established partnerships both in the L&D and I&D areas. · Explore and implement innovative learning technologies · Support other L&D and I&D initiatives as required Relationships · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across wider HR team, L&D Community, internal and external Comms teams, I&D Network and Global Centre of Excellence (GCoE) · Establish relationships with our external providers and partners, pursuing opportunities to collaborate and extend our reach General · Comply with Gallagher Professional Standards Manual in accordance with statutory requirements for role with specific attention, but not limited to Managing Client information, Whistle Blowing, Treating Customers Fairly · Carry out duties following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and Gallagher’s shared values, in particular, putting clients at the heart of our business. About You Qualifications · Desirable – Web design qualification · Desirable – Social media qualification · Desirable – CIPD or L&D qualification · Desirable – Project Management qualification Technical Knowledge · Knowledge of communications strategies/best practice · Knowledge of LMS systems · Knowledge of L&D best practice · Knowledge of AI · Desirable – Working knowledge of Adobe Design Space Experience/skills · Advanced MS skills, including significant experience working with Outlook, Teams and Adobe Acrobat · Experience in an in a fast-paced team with competing demands and multiple stakeholders · Experience utilising web-design tools · Experience creating spaces within Sharepoint and maintaining the same in an engaging way for a broad audience · Experience of utilising AI for content creation · Able to share a breadth of projects which demonstrate your ability to design content from scratch or reinvigorate existing work · Understands how to create appealing, effective, and original designs.
