As a Learning & Development & HR Executive you are responsible for organizing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Learning & Development Coordinator will also be required to support and advise management on proper policies and procedures. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tSupport and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures\n\tSupport the hotel with departmental training requirements\n\tOrganize, deliver, and evaluate training programs as required\n\tManage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process\n\tManage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinarians, grievances, and capability\n\tEnsure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines\n\tMaintain monthly reporting\n\tEnsure completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislation\n\tAssist in the organization of Team Member social events\n\tWork with local organizations’ and schools to promote the hospitality industry\n\tPromote and endorse staff benefits\n\tAssist and resolve team member and management querie\n
