Job DescriptionThe Learning & Development (L&D) department at Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning that drives business impact, enhances team performance, and facilitates individual growth. Our mission is to empower our employees with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of the organization.
As our L&D Intern, you'll be immersed in delivering high-quality learning programs to a diverse corporate audience. This role requires excellent organization skills, comfort with public speaking, and the ability to engage audiences both virtually and in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
Support New Hire Orientation programs
Manage logistics for learning sessions
Produce virtual training sessions via Google Meet
Assist in developing learning programs for soft skills and leadership
Create training manuals, guides, and course materials
Curate third-party training materials
Evaluate program effectiveness through various methods
Stay current with L&D industry trends
Support e-learning creation and LMS administration
