Job Family Definition:

Using unique understanding of the training process, performs general and specific operational processes (e.g., data management and reporting) in support of the training delivery function, or in the company business/function, L&D segments and Centers of Expertise. Assists with researching and analyzing training information, tracks financial metrics, compiles data, formulates necessary reports, coordinates work processes, and performs other established operational and logistical procedures aligned to L&D business processes. Interfaces with vendors, trainers, designers/developers, and training participants regarding training logistics, facility arrangements, and materials.

Management Level Definition:

Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non-exempt employees.

Responsibilities:

Guides logistics and communications with regards to training and event requests.Oversees relationships with vendors, learners, and instructors providing information and requesting event data.Utilizes planning and forecasting to retrieve and document requirements.Develops knowledge in assigned portfolios.Executes a business process and completion of follow-ups.Single point of accountability for the assigned task.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree preferredTypically 2-3 years in a training or related role.
