Kforce has a client that is seeking a L1 Help Desk Technician in Austin, TX. This position is in a call center environment and consists of 100% over the phone support.
Summary:
In this role, the L1 Technical Support with handle inbound calls as a Tier 1 Help Desk consultant assisting instore associates with their technical support needs including but not limited to troubleshooting client POS systems and hardware/software issues, and supporting corporate associates and non-store contractor's with hardware, software, and account administration needs.
