Summary: We are seeking an energetic, innovative, customer-focused individual to join the IT Enterprise Infrastructure team. This position will work with a team that is responsible for the full lifecycle development and support of daily operations of IT network infrastructure and networking functions for global network operations. Primary Responsibilies: * Provide day to day support of routers, switches, firewalls technologies utilized by Network Operations Plan and recommend designs that could improve the existing network environment * Provide analysis of network capacity and health Administration of corporate firewall infrastructure * Implement networking best practices and standards throughout the infrastructure * Creating documentation (to include Visio diagrams) and communications essential * Participate and provide feedback into the day-to-day Network Operations * Participate in managing support tickets through a ticket management system * Escalate critical issues to manager in a timely manner Asset and vendor management * Coordinate technical implementation with partners from business * Other duties as assigned
