Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent related work experience along with field specific certifications
Minimum 3 years experience working in a high call volume, time sensitive support environment for a large company, supporting users in MDM Airwatch, InTune, Duo, iTunes, Samsung Knox Minimum 3 years experience working with airlines
Advanced level knowledge of AirWatch and or InTune
Apple Certified Support Professional Certification or equivalent experience null
