If you’re passionate about driving tomorrow’s technological innovations and are ready to take the next step in your career, trust The Experts at Hiring Experts. **Level 3 Validation and Support Technician** **Folsom, California** **Hourly Pay: $25/hr W2** **Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm** **Full benefits + paid time off** + Ability to submit work request tickets and clearly document. + Ability to Support Customers and Internal Stakeholders as directed from Senior technical leadership in the lab. + With minimal guidance, perform ad hoc testing as requested by engineer or fellow technicians. + Interfacing with and informing customers and stakeholders regarding assigned items, test results and inventory processes. + Weekly reporting of test execution to Stakeholders. + Updating Domain Matrix. + Provides detailed change requests to department procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work. + Identifying areas of improvement or risk regarding work tasks and make recommendations to lab management or lab staff as appropriate. + Able to aid and provide mentorship to lower-level technicians regarding their respective domain. + Provides first level triage and debug of domain specific execution halting errors in lab procedures and test environments. + Good communication skills, able to interact with internal customers, management, etc., and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
