Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Lab Accessioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manually entering patient and test information into the Laboratory Information System (LIS), triaging specimens to different areas of the lab, and handling various sample types. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable laboratory experience at a top diagnostic lab.

ResponsibilitiesManually type patient and test information into the LIS system.Triage specimens to different areas of the lab using a cart.Pour off urine, serum, and plasma samples into new containers.Handle various sample types including stool, urine, and blood.Meet data entry quotas consistently.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry.Ability to handle various sample types including stool, urine, and blood.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious data entry or laboratory experience preferred but not required.Work Environment
