Job Description
An environmental testing lab is seeking a dedicated Lab Analyst to support the analysis of VOC analytical samples. The role involves analyzing water, wastewater, soil, and sludge samples according to EPA and Standard Methods. The candidate will maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation such as GCMS, assist other analysts with sample overflow, support backlogs, review data, and ensure QA/QC reporting accuracy. The analyst will also communicate with clients regarding any compromised analysis and manage multiple batches daily in a fast-paced environment.

The lab comprises 8-10 personnel, and the Lab Analyst will work closely with other analysts in a fast-paced environment.
