Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Lab Analyst to join their team. As a Lab Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting the laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Lab Analyst **Location:** Rocky Mount, NC **Pay Range:** $30 per hour **Duration:?** Contract (potential to extend/convert) **What's the Job?** + Perform basic analysis for raw materials, in-process, finished products, and validation testing in a safe and compliant manner. + Conduct wet chemistry and analytical testing to evaluate the quality of incoming raw materials and analyze finished products. + Report testing results through computerized systems or standard laboratory documentation. + Provide technical support and communicate technical information to internal and external customers. + Train and mentor inexperienced analysts, fostering their development as skilled professionals. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED with?6 years of analytical laboratory experience in a GMP regulated environment OR Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience. + Ability to write clear technical documents and communicate effectively. + Good organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **What's in it for me?** + Health, Dental, Vision, 401k + Weekly pay through direct deposit. + Consultant support.
