About this Opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson as a Product Development Leader, a role crafted to secure Ericsson's continued technology leadership through the creation and management of outstanding products. You will facilitate a lean and agile environment, ensuring our products fit the right scope, feature absolute quality, are executed on time, and are developed within cost parameters. As a PD Leader, your role will extend to teaching, coaching, and offering constructive challenges to stimulate growth both in individuals and teams. You will be central to executing development strategies and plans in your capacity as a leader within product development, working alongside R&D line managers, program managers, project managers, coaches and change leaders. What you will do:
Responsibilities
•    Point of contact for all Lab related issues 
•    Planning, estimating the cost for procurement of new HW
•    Installation of the new equipment in the Labs and maintain the existing equipment.
•    Troubleshoot and provide solutions to user day to day Lab problems.
•    Manage Lab Inventory, proactively work on improving operation efficiency

The skills you bring:
Required Skills
•    Experience working on Servers (Dell, HP) for SW Installations, troubleshooting HW, SW, Disk and Network issues.
•    Experience working on L2/L3 Switches and Routers, troubleshooting connectivity issues.
•    Experience working on firewall/security.
•    Experience on virtualization, Open stack, and Kubernetes.
•    Experience in installing new HW from scratch in the Labs.
•    Good understanding on the Cable types, Connectors,  
•    Service and Support attitude to provide solutions to the user problems.
•    Knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure

•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Leadership: ability to manage priorities and workflow 
•    Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
•    Excellent team player: cooperative and consultative behavior; ability to work independently.
•    Working experience with teams in various geographies 


Minimum education and experience requirements
•    Minimum: 10 years of relevant industry experience
•    Bachelor degree or equivalent in electrical / electronics engineering or computer science required.
