Lab Assistant 1 

The Laboratory Technician supports operations in the Applied Microbiology Lab, assisting with environmental monitoring in Controlled Environment Rooms (CERs). The role involves performing testing, maintaining equipment, and reporting to the team lead.

Essential Duties:

Monitor incubator and refrigerator temperatures, order supplies, and perform housekeeping tasks. Conduct particulate tests and collect microbial samples per monitoring procedures. Document and analyze test results, and assist with preparing reports and trend charts.

Required Skills:

0-2 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment. Familiarity with lab techniques and equipment. Knowledge of EH&S practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

1-2 years in a quality technician role, with knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or current enrollment in such a program; high school diploma with related experience also acceptable.

Working Conditions:

PPE required per cleanroom and laboratory protocols.

Hours per Week: 24/ 8 hrs per working day
Period  03/03/2025 to 03/02/2026  ONE YEAR CONTRACT
