As a Lab Assistant, you'll play a crucial support role in our laboratory setting. Whether you're a student, have a background in patient care, or possess some lab experience, you'll find a great fit in this role.

CentraCare Laboratory Services  

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients with care and precision. Cultivate an environment of trust and confidence with patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Perform low complexity testing and assist with culture set-up to aid in diagnostic processes.

Schedule

Full-time | 64 – 80 hours every two weeks Day shift | Monday-Friday | No holidays, no weekends! Rotating shifts between 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent  Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical related program  Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
