Job Description

Join our dynamic team at a company that produces at-home testing kits. As a Lab Assistant, you will work with urine, blood, and fecal samples, so comfort with handling these materials is essential. Your responsibilities include opening and sorting samples, collecting samples, inputting information into the lab information system, and verifying patient information. Additional tasks involve cutting and coating kit samples, labeling, and prepping them for the technicians. You will also assist in strip manufacturing duties and log in laboratory supplies deliveries. All other duties will be assigned by the Laboratory Manager and/or Laboratory Supervisor. Promptly notify your supervisor of any deviations from documented procedures.

Work Environment

Second shift, working 3pm-11:30pm. Work week will be Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday once trained.

Training hours are 8am-5pm (Monday through Friday).

The environment includes an office building with a call center, laboratory, and clerical center. Dress attire includes long pants, a t-shirt, and closed-toed shoes.
