Lab Assistant
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to work in a hospital laboratory. + Location: Chicago, IL + Weekly pay + benefits offered! + Work Schedule: 3pm-11pm + Weekend Requirement: Every other Responsibilities: + Processes specimens according to established protocols and policies. + processes and packages send-out samples according to regulatory requirements. + Transports specimens and blood products from various sections of the laboratory. + Comfortable with phlebotomy, blood draws, etc. + Stocks and monitors inventory for laboratory supplies. + Participates in safety and infection control activities.
