Job Description Summary: The CSiL lab has an open lab assistant position available to undergraduates in Biology or Psychological and Brain Sciences. The lab assistant will be responsible for quantifying active neurons in lizard brains as part of a larger project examining the impacts of hormones on social interactions and sensory processing. The student will be trained to use a Leica DMi8 microscope for neuroimaging, quantify active neurons, use a brain atlas, and the program ImageJ. Requirements: Attention to detail; able to follow directions; science major preferred, but not required. Previous lab experience a plus. Additional Information: This work will be performed for the Dr. Stephanie Campos Lab. Physical Demands Summary: Wage Rate: $10.00 per hour Posting Detail Information
