Position Overview:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Lab Assistant (Vial Inspector) at our esteemed pharmaceutical company. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of both sterile and non-sterile products as well as empty sterile vials.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough visual inspections of vials to ensure adherence to quality standards.Identify and document any defects or discrepancies observed during inspections.Maintain precise records of inspection results and findings.Work closely with the quality control team to resolve any issues identified during the inspection process.Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Essential Skills:
Strong attention to detail.Experience or knowledge in quality inspection techniques.Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.), ORRelevant lab experience, ORCurrently pursuing a BS degree in a scientific discipline, ORExperience in accessioning, pharmacy tech, or QA inspection roles.Work Environment:
Our modern vial inspection facility, established in 2018, boasts an open and spacious layout, with individual workstations for each team member. The department consists of a close-knit team of around eight professionals, each bringing over five years of experience. Enjoy a stunning view from our glass-walled workspace. The position offers a 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM schedule, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and the option to take up to two additional 15-minute breaks.
