**What You Will Do:**
As a Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant II, you will contribute to St. Peter’s Health Care Services' mission by performing a variety of clinical laboratory procedures and related duties in a supportive and professional environment. You will follow established procedures and protocols while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform routine **phlebotomy duties** including blood collection and sample preparation.
+ **Prepare lab specimens** for processing, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
+ **Room patients** and ensure accurate and timely collection of vital signs.
+ Support laboratory operations by assisting with various **clinical tasks** as needed, always maintaining a focus on patient care and quality service.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Phlebotomy experience required.** Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to follow established protocols and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay Range: $18.50-23.73
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
