You will follow established procedures and protocols while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. **Responsibilities:** + Perform routine **phlebotomy duties** including blood collection and sample preparation. + **Prepare lab specimens** for processing, ensuring proper labeling and handling. + **Room patients** and ensure accurate and timely collection of vital signs. + Support laboratory operations by assisting with various **clinical tasks** as needed, always maintaining a focus on patient care and quality service. **Qualifications:** + **Phlebotomy experience required.** Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to follow established protocols and work collaboratively in a team environment. Pay Range: $18.50-23.73 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
