Inventories and orders computer, clerical and phlebotomy supplies. Logs and replaces supplies as appropriate. Registers patients and specimens into the Hospital Computer system and orders laboratory testing. Centrifuges, aliquots and labels specimens for referral testing and laboratory testing. **Job Description:** **Principal Duties and Essential Functions:** + Performs phlebotomy procedures + Performs appropriate specimen collection on all preoperative patients to test for COVID-19 + Registers samples and orders tests + Schedules patients for testing + Logs and replaces supplies as appropriate **Requires:** High School Degree or equivalent Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred, willing to train **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
