Lab / Equipment Manager
Amentum is seeking a Lab Equipment Manager to join our team providing laboratory support at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. **Lab Equipment Manager Responsibilities include:** + Verifying incoming materials or equipment against receiving documents + Documenting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages. + Routing materials to prescribed storage locations + Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods + Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Six (6) years of experience in laboratory or warehouse management. + Demonstrated experience in three or more of the following specific areas: verifying incoming materials or equipment against receiving documents; documenting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment; experience in supporting the Program Manager and System Managers with the development and review of logistics procurement and management processes of Life-Cycle logistics, disposition, sustainment, and procurement of material involving support equipment, test equipment, safety equipment, packaging, storage, and transportation; and interfacing with outside organization representatives. + Must be able to obtain and maintain Active Secret US Government Clearance.
