Lab Outreach Senior Account Executive

The Lab Outreach Senior Account Executive drives effective sales distribution of the product line through collaboration with internal business partners. Develops specific plans to illustrate and track market opportunities. Develops and manages external broker and consultant relationships to grow membership. Establishes relationships, resolves issues, and meets demands of payers and/or accounts. Monitors and provides recommendation for potential impact of payers' business and marketing strategies and activities. Responsible for managing the overall aggregate targeted Broker Experience. Mentors / trains others and manages designated cross-functional projects.

Serve as a liaison between the client and IU Health Laboratory services in relation to client needs.Responsible for bringing on new clients and grow book of business.Ensure client retention by providing superior customer service.Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth.Resolve any customer-related issues in a timely manner.Provide in-person business reviews and trainings.

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Requires a minimum of 5-7 years in healthcare, managed care companies or related work experience.
• May require Indiana Life, Accident and Health License.
• Experience in health insurance industry preferred.
• Healthcare and/or insurance/benefits sales preferred. Demonstrates strategic, collaborative mindset and approach.
