This home-based role supports customers in and around Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, and up through Connecticut managing the full chemical lifecycle while ensuring seamless service delivery.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, technical teams, operations, and AP to build quotes, set up scheduling, assist with new customer onboarding, and coordinate lab pack services. As the key point of contact for lab pack chemists, vendors, and waste brokers, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise & Leadership – Act as the subject matter expert bridging Sales and Operations, providing technical guidance on job execution and solutions. Hands-On Business Development – Visit sites, scope jobs, and develop quotations in collaboration with Third-Party Vendors and Direct Customers to drive revenue growth. Strategic Partnership & Growth – Work alongside Account Managers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, maximizing profitability in Tradebe’s lab pack business. Customer-Centric Solutions – Evaluate current and prospective customer services, recommend improvements, and ensure seamless service execution through strong communication and planning. Operational Excellence – Develop work orders, clearly communicate job requirements to Operations teams, and ensure contract compliance before execution. Sales & Performance Tracking – Record all customer interactions, track opportunities, and diligently follow through on quotations to drive business success. Commitment to Safety & Compliance – Prioritize Health & Safety by adhering to policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of safe operations. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Biology highly preferred.

Must be able to obtain their 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification within 30 days of hire. Must have the ability to wear a full-face respirator at any time. Must have a Valid Driver's License and the ability to reliably commute to potential customer sites as needed.
Work Environment
Home-based position requiring 50-60% day-trip travel and appx. 1 overnight every other week to customer sites and Tradebe facilities in and around Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, and up through Connecticut.
