What’s Required: + Completion of two years of advanced technical training (MLT), including a six-month clinical internship, or completion of a bachelor's degree in medical technology (MT), ASCP certification as a Histologic Technician + A minimum of five years of experience in Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital's Laboratory, or another CLIA licensed laboratory. + Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), or certification by the American Society of Medical Technologists (ASMT), or other recognized national certification for medical laboratory personnel. + BCLS certification required.
