**Description** SAIC is seeking a **Lab Security Administrator** in **Aberdeen, MD** supporting the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM). **Job Description:** + Responsible for opening and securing the lab. + Conducts regular audits of lab access logs. + Greets/escorts guests throughout the lab. + Supports program and site security as required to support the lab. + Ensures security paperwork exists for all visitors. + Completes and maintains lab visitor forms for all visitors. + Ensures database is kept up to date with security access information. + Input movement of equipment through the lab using web-based tool. + Helps ensure that unapproved electronic devices are not brought into the lab. + Adheres to all established the customer's security and safety procedures and guidelines. + Adheres to the customer's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct guidelines. + Scans and maintains accountability of lab inventory. **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of relevant experience; Additional four (4) years of experience can be accepted in lieu of degree. **Required Clearance:** + Active Secret required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance **(US Citizenship required)** . **Required Skills:** + Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Must be reliable, disciplined self-starter able to work with little supervision. + Possesses excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. + Department of defense experience required. **Desired Skills:** + SCIF security experience preferred. Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
