Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Lab Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting product testing, analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure that our food product meets high quality and safety standards before it reaches the market. You will have a significant impact on product conformance, performance and product claim. You will be expected to carry out daily product testing, document and communicate results using customer specifications, advise on quality, prepare corrective actions, complete daily environmental and water testing, assist with calibrating and preparation of the HPLC, perform autoclave and allergen testing, titration, sulfuric acid, caustic and vitamin C verification, assist lab techs with line quality and CO2 delivery receipt testing, and manage quality and food safety paperwork.
