Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming cancer tissue specimens and apheresis collections, isolating, purifying, and formulating cancer single-cell populations to produce patient-specific autologous vaccines. You will be working with laboratory equipment and will be responsible for seeding, passaging, monitoring, and harvesting cancer cell populations and T-Cell cultures. You will also assist in the pickup and drop-off of specimens and products, cold-chain packaging and shipping, and perform routine manufacturing operations independently. You will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and use of proper aseptic technique and follow GLP and GMP records, SOPs, and documentation. You will also assist in developing SOPs, batch records, deviations, and change controls, and review manufacturing records and test data.

This is a fully on-site position in Columbia, Missouri.
Work Environment
You will work as part of a small team executing GMP manufacturing runs to produce clinical-grade cancer vaccines and T cell products in close collaboration with quality assurance and quality control units.
