Description: + Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM + This individual will be compounding, spray drying, handling reactions, and filling sample requests in the Flavor-Savory Lab Department. + This individual will need to seek to learn and be motivated to advance in the flavor industry, with aspirations to become a flavor chemist through 5-7 year certification process. + Operating spray dryer with both liquids and powders. + Primary role involves working with chemist and application team to help/learn. Skills & Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Food Science (strongly preferred) or Chemistry. + 6 months of experience within laboratory is strongly preferred. + Need to have laboratory experience from academics and/or internship.
