Job Title: Pilot Lab Technician
Job Description

Setting up and operating pilot equipment such as evaporators, crystallizers, boilers, and more. Operate simple hoses, pumps, heaters, centrifuges, etc., throughout the testing processes. Record and document outputs from the equipment, including but not limited to pressure, temperature, gauge levels, chemical data, etc. Perform analytical testing such as titrations, spectroscopy, solids composition, crystal characterization, microscopy, etc. Document all laboratory results and work with other team members to develop this product per customer application. Follow basic laboratory practices along with maintaining a safe, clean working lab space.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 7 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in HARTLAND, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Lab environment working with roughly 15 others. Candidates will work a couple of hours on Mondays to help set up the pilot lab equipment and then work 12-hour days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hours past 40 will be time and a half. Flexible times on Monday. Candidates need to be open to working up to 12 hours per day and helping out on weekends if needed because when they run the pilot process, it is a 24/7 run time.
