Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our fast-paced, small lab environment within a dairy manufacturing plant.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our milk-based products, such as yogurt and Halo Top Ice Cream, by performing a variety of tests and checks.

Perform all Quality Assurance tasks required including laboratory testing and plant/facility Quality monitoring.Laboratory testing includes, but not limited to, microbiological, shelf-life, antibiotic testing, fat, and solids testing, and allergen validation testing. Plant/facility Quality monitoring includes, but not limited to ATP swabbing, pH checks on finished product and in-line process samples, Air Quality Monitoring,Water Quality Monitoring, and Environmental Pathogen Monitoring,All tasks require proper documentation and record keeping consistent with the documentation control procedure outlined in the SQF system.This position is not limited to above description as other responsibilities may include tasks, projects, or plans given by Management.
