As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the product development lab supporting sensory and pilot plant trials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy and precision, and good interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Lab Technician **Location:** Marysville, OH **What's the Job?** + Maintain good records of all laboratory work + Maintain a safe and clean laboratory work environment + Arrange and conduct product evaluations: maintain stability testing process, keep storage inventory, conduct and document physical analyses, schedule and conduct flavor evaluation sessions + Precisely weigh ingredients, conduct bench and midscale lab trials at the direction of project leaders + Analyze intermediate samples, set-up analytical and microbiological analysis requests **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma (or GED); science coursework a plus + Strong computer skills; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel + Good interpersonal skills + Organized, dependable, independent, self-starter + Able to multi-task and oriented to meet deadlines, with good customer service and overall communication skills.
