Job Description
We are seeking a self-starter to join our team as a Lab Technician. The selected individual will complete and manage technical lab work related to Aerospace surface technologies, dealing with the full Metal Pretreatment Process including cleaners, deoxidizers, and conversion coatings. This role involves working closely with the manufacturing, commercial team, field Application Engineering, and Product Development. The position requires participation in testing Aerospace product batches from our manufacturing facility, working closely with Application Engineering on customer lab testing and reporting. The Lab Technician will run and upkeep laboratory equipment, support ongoing standardization, harmonization, and administration of laboratory test methods, ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations, and assist with customer lab demonstrations and customer training.
