Job Title: Lab Technician Job Description The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of all manufacturing activities in accordance with current GMPs. Responsibilities + Execute basic manufacturing procedures (cleaning, solution prep, equipment prep) under direct supervision. + Accurately follow and complete required documentation (batch records, forms, Quality system documentation) under direct supervision. + Adhere to all procedures, including gowning and safety requirements, at all times. + Support manufacturing activities outside of core hours under direct supervision. + Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, as assigned. + Assist with validation activities, as assigned. Essential Skills + Biology + Microbiology + Aseptic Technique + GMP + Sample Preparation Additional Skills & Qualifications + 0-2 years of experience + Associate's degree or higher in a life science + Experience in GMP manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred + Ability to work alone or in a team and follow procedures exactly + Excellent communication, drive, and decision-making skills + Comfortable with technology + Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Work Environment You will be working in a team of 20-25 individuals in a lab setting.
