The Clark manufacturing facilities have 9 work centers with processing capabilities in Liquid Flavor Compounding, Dry Blending, Extractions, Distillations, Spray Dry, Emulsions, Essential Oils, Oleo Resins, Juice Blending. The site also boasts state-of-the-art analytical and sensory capabilities, and we are looking to hire a Quality Technician who has experience with wet chemistry and sensory testing working.

The typical hiring range for this role is $26 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. Shift: 3rd: Sunday 10PM - Friday 6:30AM.
Key responsibilitiesRole Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
3rd shift lab tech Quality Control. Maintains full knowledge of relevant procedures of inspection and testing of the Quality control lab. Knowlege in using densitometer, refractometer, polarimeter, moisture analyzer, pH, Gas Chromatography a plus. Setting up and participating in Sensory panels. SAP and Outlook experience needed or can be trained. Communicate with the Production team. Ensures that products and QC practices are in compliance with Kerry standards customer requirements. Interprets and evaluates Out-Of-Specification QC test results against established specifications and industry practices. Ensures all non-conformances pertaining to the lab are entered correctly into the SAP Intelex database and are assigned to coordinators for investigation. Ensures Positive release of Products. Coordinates all calibrations and PMs of lab equipment. General filing and maintenance Qualifications and skillsWhat you'll need to be successful and safe:
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. College Diploma or University Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or relevant science is desired. Experience in food, pharmaceutical industry, or manufacturing environment is preferred. Do you have experience with GMP, HACCP, FSMA, FCC/USP/ASTA test methods, aseptic technique and food or pharmaceutical production? Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft office such as excel and outlook.
