Job Title: Lab Technician Job Description As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for understanding and following Quality System documents relevant to your responsibilities, such as the Quality Manual, SOPs, and Methods. You will adhere to quality measures to meet or exceed the standards set by ISO/IEC, government regulatory (cGMP, GLP), and company requirements relevant to your duties. Compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations is essential, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities + Demonstrate proficiency in at least one core method and the ability to conduct at least one other assigned method with no more than 25% supervision. + Operate all required basic lab equipment within the department. + Set up batches of samples for weighing and perform sample weighing. + Conduct timely and accurate analysis of samples to meet customer commitments, including preparing samples for analysis, using appropriate methods and techniques, and applying proper data reduction. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Biology, Chemistry, and Wet Chemistry. + Experience with pipetting, HPLC, quality control, and quality assurance. + Knowledge of GMP and microbiology. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific field is strongly preferred. + High School Diploma and previous lab experience are required if you do not possess a Bachelor's degree. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $20.80 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
