Job Objective

This position is focus on the daily maintenance and operation of BID laboratories in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. To provide effective and efficient management and support for the normal operation of laboratories, including internal/external activities.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily procurement and management of reagents and instruments, budget planning and control.Responsible for the document management and government registration inspection of the BSL2 lab.Cooperate with EHS and REFM for the daily lab inspection to make sure lab safe operation.Regularly provide training for BID on laboratory reservation use and biosafety.Maintain the laboratory reservation system and instrument usage records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Responsible for the coordination of regular maintenance and repair work of laboratory equipment.Support the laboratory capability building work on nucleic acid analysis, protein analysis, cell culture, and analysis.Responsible for the preparation work of internal and external visits, demos, training, application development, and other volunteer activities.RequirementsMaster's degree in Life Sciences, with at least 3 years of laboratory work experience. Master is preferred.General knowledge and hands-on experience in molecular biology, protein biology, cell biology, and cell analysis are preferred.Experience in management BSL2 laboratories is strong plus.High sense of responsibility and meticulous, initiative, self-motivated, open-minded, and detail oriented.Work under pressure, with good time management skills.Strong customer service awareness, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.Good written expression skills, English proficiency is preferred.
