ResponsibilitiesNavigate the plant environment to properly obtain liquid samples from silos using FDA and plant standards, while maintaining awareness around machines and forklifts.Test samples using lab equipment and instruments, performing tests such as pH, acidity, melting point, viscosity, and solid/fat percentages, ensuring samples remain within specified ranges.Carefully document all procedures with dates and signatures, and keep the lab clean to prevent contamination. Ensure supplies are refilled, including chemicals and pipets.Follow FDA and plant standards in both the lab and plant at all times. The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $23.25
