**Job Title: 1st Shift Test Technician / Lab Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a 1st shift test technician / lab technician to join our CMM Lab team. You will be responsible for testing particle debris in pumps and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology, including a brand new digital microscope (CIX 100 system), and requires a strong attention to detail and adherence to testing protocols. **Responsibilities** + Perform filtration testing systems on particles and flush fluids from pumps. + Capture and analyze fluid contamination using a digital microscope. + Record and report particle/debris analysis results. + Collect samples, complete reporting, and submit for review. + Verify the effectiveness of cleaning processes. + Ensure compliance with ISO standards for pump cleanliness. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years in a lab testing environment within manufacturing, focusing on particle contamination levels in flushing fluids. + 1+ years testing filtration particle counters/debris (vacuum filtration systems). + Proficiency in using a manual microscope to analyze filtration data. + Experience analyzing the cleanliness of manufactured components before packaging or assembly. + Comfortable collecting data using Microsoft Word, basic Excel functions, and PowerPoint. + Experience using membrane filters for capturing and measuring contaminants. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with digital microscopes (CIX 100 system). + Knowledge of filter integrity testing equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a new plant moving into Warren, MI, from Oklahoma. The lab operates from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with rare Saturdays. The facility includes all new electrical systems, CNC machining lines, conveyor systems, carousel assembly equipment, and robotic weld cells.
