Our client is seeking a lab technician to assist with day to day testing and lab responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Retrieve samples and perform all required Quality Control inspections according to defined schedule and test procedures
Data collection and entry via computer into QC database
Reclassify scrap material in D365 enterprise system
Responsible for re-testing and containing rejected and potentially defective product
Assist with internal audits.
Support Work Instruction creating and updating
Assist with coverage on other shifts, as needed (nights/weekends).
Support investigations into Root Cause and Corrective Actions
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving
Keep work area clean which includes Internal Hold area and lab testing areas
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Skills

Education: Associate degree or higher preferred, and/or 2-3 years of Quality Testing and/or Inspection experience.
Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), basic mathematical calculations, computer data entry, and technical report writing.
Ability to communicate with Shift Supervisors, Lead Technicians, Line Technicians, and all other personnel in a professional manner

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00
