Lab Technician
Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description The Core Technician is a scientist role responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities + Comply with all pertinent safety policies, rules, and regulations. + Ensure that all team members adhere to safety rules and regulations. + Maintain quality systems and cGMP compliance by ensuring that all team members follow processes, procedures, and instructions for all activities. + Perform procedures according to written guidelines and recognize deviations from accepted practice. Essential Skills + Laboratory experience + Biology knowledge + Pharmaceutical knowledge + 1-3 years of relevant experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred + Basic Lab experience with a Bachelor's degree or Intermediate Lab experience within a cGMP clinical production environment and a High School Diploma Work Environment The role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts with the following schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off. DAY shift runs from 7am-7:30pm, and NIGHT shift runs from 7pm-7:30am. Candidates must be available to train on the first shift (5 days per week) for the first 4-6 weeks. The majority of the work is conducted in a cleanroom environment, requiring the use of scrubs, hairnet, shoe covers, hood, gown, mask, boots, and two pairs of gloves. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.09 - $26.80 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
