Our client, a leader in the biotechnology industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, mathematical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Lab Technician
**Location:** Rocklin, CA
**What's the Job?**
+ Participate in entry-level lab production duties, including filling antibodies, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
+ Maintain the filling area stock and cleanliness for continuous use while practicing sterile techniques.
+ Assemble and wash dispensers for product filling and print/apply product labels based on production plans.
+ Package products using standardized techniques and maintain organization in the shipping and receiving area.
+ Process and package orders internally, ensuring effective communication with production and customer service departments.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent education required.
+ Minimum of 1 year production experience required.
+ Experience working in an FDA or other regulated industry preferred.
+ Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Shipping experience preferred.
