Job Title: Lab Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to operate production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Records, Manufacturing Directions (MD), and Manufacturing Operating Procedure (OPM). The Lab Technician will execute all procedures associated with the production of cross-linked hyaluronic acid products, review manufacturing documentation for compliance, coordinate sample preparation and testing, and record data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs. This role requires adherence to Good Documentation Practices and the ability to report procedural deviations and nonconformance to management.

ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment according to SOPs, Batch Records, MD, and OPM.Execute procedures associated with cross-linked hyaluronic acid product production.Review manufacturing documentation for compliance.Coordinate sample preparation and testing.Record data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs.Document all work activities according to Good Documentation Practices.Recommend document revisions as necessary.Report procedural deviations and nonconformance to management.Essential SkillsExperience with SOPs, GMP, and Batch Records.Knowledge of biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Proficiency in cell culture techniques.Experience working with chemicals, including acids and bases.Aseptic technique proficiency.Sample preparation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.1-3 years of biomanufacturing/pharmaceutical experience for Associates, or 2-4 years for Bachelor's degree holders.Ability to gown and gain entry to biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.Experience with SAP.Work Environment

The shift for this role is 6:00am-2:30pm, with the potential to change to 10-hour days for a 4-day workweek. The Lab Technician will work on the first shift with 6-8 other team members in a business casual environment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
