Respond to basic or standard customer questions regarding formulas and the mixture process. Clean, maintain, and calibrate standard equipment, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Two years of post-secondary education in field of specialty or equivalent education and experience. + Basic Math skills. + Color Differentiation experience. + Proven good organization and documentation skills (verified with references). + Proven ability to take direction (verified with references). Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma (HSD) or GED. + Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. + 1 year of Chemical Lab experience preferred. Work Environment This is an industrial lab (not a clean room/biological lab environment). Flexible 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday, typically working an 8-hour shift (starting at 7/8 AM until 4/5 PM), with core hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. Dress code is business casual, and you will wear a lab coat. The company is known to promote from within, but candidates should be aware that the expectation of being in this role for 9 months may or may not lead to conversion. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
