Description

Operating and performing light maintenance on small-scale equipment such as pumps, heaters, and mixers

Operation of Lab Scale Testing Apparatus

Preparing Samples for Testing

Performing various laboratory analytical tests

Managing Samples for Third Party laboratory analysis

Managing/communicating data and results

Maintaining cleanliness of lab and operating areas

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Biology

Associate in Applied Science Degree with chemistry experience and 3 years related work experience

Experience in benchtop wet chemistry analytical procedures

Experience with standard laboratory instruments

Utilization of probes for measuring process variables

Use of HACH analytical systems, use of analytical balance and volumetric glassware

Familiarity with Inductively Coupled Plasma - Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) and Ion Chromatography (IC) analysis

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
