Job Title: Lab Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to assist scientists with buffer and media preparation, lab operations, autoclaving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for labeling vials and cleaning glassware, contributing to the smooth operation of the lab.

ResponsibilitiesAssist scientists with buffer preparation and media preparation.Manage lab inventory to ensure scientists have necessary supplies.Perform autoclaving tasks as required.Label vials accurately and assist with glassware cleaning.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.Essential SkillsExperience with media preparation and buffer preparation.Proficiency in labeling and handling vials.Basic knowledge of biology.Strong attention to detail.Associate's degree in a life science with 0-2 years of relevant experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.Work Environment

You will be working in a team of 5 individuals from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work environment is business casual, and you will be expected to handle a fast-paced setting efficiently. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in lab operations within a biotech setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
